1. What we collect
Station data (tank levels, temperatures, sales, deliveries, power and sensor events), account details (name, email, phone, WhatsApp number) and usage logs.
2. Why
To run monitoring, send alerts, produce reports and keep the Service secure. Our lawful basis is the contract with your company and our legitimate interest in security.
3. Attendants and staff
We record sales per nozzle and shift totals. We do not track personal behaviour. Staff can see their own shift reports.
4. Where data is stored
Data is hosted with cloud providers outside Zimbabwe, with safeguards required by the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].
5. How long
Readings are kept for the retention period of your plan. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and complain to POTRAZ as the Data Protection Authority.
